The system is entirely handmade in Italy using AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve available in stainless steel or titanium, and a carbon fiber end cap and heat shield. Every material is selected to ensure durability, lightness, and a unique, sporty style. The exhaust is available in either a satin or black finish.

The Zard racing exhaust significantly improves handling and power, reducing weight by -4.9 kg (10.8 lbs) in the titanium sleeve version and -4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) in the stainless steel sleeve version, enhancing the riding feel and overall experience.

Warning: by installing the Zard full kit, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.
