The system is entirely handmade in Italy using AISI 304 stainless steel, with a choice of sleeve in stainless steel or titanium, a carbon fiber end cap and heat shield. Each material is carefully selected to ensure durability, lightness and a unique, sporty style. The exhaust is available in a satin or black finish.

The Zard Euro 5 homologated full exhaust offers a weight reduction of -4.8 kg (10.6 lbs) for the titanium sleeve version and -4.4 kg (9.7 lbs) for the stainless steel sleeve version.
