The Zard exhaust for Street Triple 765 MY 2023 is made entirely of stainless steel with carbon fibre end cap and heat shield.
The carbon fibre accessories have been carefully designed to allow aerodynamic flow distribution and light reflection.

Like every Zard exhaust, the product is entirely handmade in Italy with obsessive attention to design and very high technological content.
The increased performance and the unmistakable Zard sound make it a must-have accessory.

The exhaust is available in a racing version with a removable db killer or in  E5 approved version.

The Zard exhaust for Triumph Street triple 765 MY 2023 is a product on which an obsessive study has been carried out in order to best integrate the exhaust into the lines of the bike.
In particular, this exhaust was the result of a synergy between the R&D department and the “Centro Stile Zard” led by the skillful hand of Giuseppe Armano.

Our designer has been part of the Alfa Romeo "Centro Stile" in Italy for more than 15 years and led the development and design of the product, resulting in an exhaust that fits perfectly into the lines of the motorbike with special attention to aerodynamic flows and light reflection.

This, combined with the experience of our R&D technicians on the race tracks, has allowed Zard to create a product with very high technological content and excellent performance.
The materials used are of the highest quality as the exhaust is made of Aisi 304 stainless steel with carbon fibre accessories.

Like all Zard exhausts, it is built entirely by hand in Italy in our factory in Asti.
For this reason, you will have on your motorbike a totally handcrafted accessory made with very high technological content thanks to the experience of the best Italian specialized technicians.

The exhaust is available in a Racing or Euro 5 catalytic-approved version

Homologated version Euro5
In the homologated version, the exhaust consists of a three-in-one manifold compensated by a central manifold with a connection for the lambda sensor, a catalytic Euro 5 pre-silencer, and a silencer.

The pre-silencer box has an essential technical function, allowing the exhaust to maintain performance, sound levels and emissions that enable the motorbike to comply with the stringent E5 homologation regulations.
Thanks to the pre-silencer box, it was possible to create a silencer with reduced dimensions, allowing it to be perfectly integrated into the design of the motorbike.
The heat shield and end-cap are made of carbon with an obsessive design study for the distribution of aerodynamic flows.

A stainless steel version is also available with only the silencer with a black ceramic treatment resistant to high temperatures (headers and pre-silencer with steel satin finish).

The weight of the original exhaust is 9.5 kg
Zard approved full exhaust weighs 7.1kg
Weight saving of 2.4kg

In terms of performance, the Zard homologated exhaust, while complying with the parameters of European E 5 homologation standards, allows a 3% increase in power compared to the stock exhaust.

 

Racing version:
In the racing version, the exhaust consists of a three-in-one compensated header, a central collector with lambda sensor connection, and a silencer.
The heat shield and end cap are made of carbon with a careful design study for aerodynamic flow distribution.

The 3-1 full kit with black ceramic treatment resistant to high temperatures is also available (black full kit).

The weight of the original exhaust is 9.5 kg
The full Zard approved exhaust weighs 4.1kg
Weight saving of 5.4 kg

In terms of performance, the Zard racing exhaust allows a 7% power increase over the stock exhaust.

A power commander specially developed for the Zard exhaust will soon be available to allow a further increase in performance on the racing exhaust.

I prodotti Zard sono la perfetta simbiosi tra artigianalità e tecnologia. Utilizziamo esclusivamente materie prime di massima qualità: tubi e lamiere in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304, titanio e carbonio. Le saldature TIG - MIG/MAG sono realizzate a mano da operatori specializzati e il trattamento ceramico nero utilizzato per la verniciatura degli scarichi resiste fino ad una temperatura di oltre 1000°C. Testiamo personalmente ogni impianto su strada e banco prova e ogni passaggio produttivo viene eseguito con la massima cura, attenzione e soprattutto, un’autentica passione.

Nota bene:

Omologazioni

I prodotti disponibili in versione omologata sono contraddistinti dalla voce ‘omologato’ selezionabile nella lista degli optional. La rimozione del DB killer negli scarichi omologati comporta la decadenza dell’omologazione e della garanzia. Il Ministero Dei Trasporti ha ufficialmente autorizzato le Officine Italiane Zard alla produzione di scarichi moto con omologazione valida su tutto il Territorio dell'Unione Europea. Gli scarichi Zard sono progettati e realizzati rispettando elevati standard di qualità e, per i modelli omologati, garantiscono il rispetto delle direttive europee riguardanti l'approvazione dei sistemi di scarico (Direttiva 97/24/CE, Regolamento UE 134/2014). Su ogni sistema di scarico omologato Zard è stampigliato il numero di omologazione riportato sul relativo certificato che viene fornito in dotazione e va presentato alle Forze dell'ordine in caso di controllo. Lo scarico omologato è equiparato a quello originale e come tale non deve essere sostituito nel caso di revisione della moto.
