The full kit Triumph Scrambler 1200 exhaust represents the 2024 update of a bestseller among exhaust systems from Officine Italiane Zard.
Entirely handcrafted in Italy, this exhaust is composed of AISI 304 stainless steel headers and a muffler, with a carbon fiber end cap. It stands out for its extreme lightness (-5,2 kg (11.4 lbs) compared to the standard exhaust system) and a significant performance increase (+3,9 HP for the racing version and +1,4 HP for the homologated version compared to the stock exhaust system).
Available in satin or Cerakote® black finishes, the kit boasts a distinctive design characterized by a low mount and exclusive accessories such as a heat shield, aluminum side panel, and Zard tool bag. It is all completed by an unmistakably energetic Zard sound.
Warning: by installing the Zard Racing full kit, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.
Note: Low full kit is not compatible with center stand and crash bars.

I prodotti Zard sono la perfetta simbiosi tra artigianalità e tecnologia. I prodotti disponibili in versione omologata sono contraddistinti dalla voce ‘omologato’ selezionabile nella lista degli optional. La rimozione del DB killer negli scarichi omologati comporta la decadenza dell’omologazione e della garanzia. Il Ministero Dei Trasporti ha ufficialmente autorizzato le Officine Italiane Zard alla produzione di scarichi moto con omologazione valida su tutto il Territorio dell'Unione Europea. Gli scarichi Zard sono progettati e realizzati rispettando elevati standard di qualità e, per i modelli omologati, garantiscono il rispetto delle direttive europee riguardanti l'approvazione dei sistemi di scarico (Direttiva 97/24/CE, Regolamento UE 134/2014). Su ogni sistema di scarico omologato Zard è stampigliato il numero di omologazione riportato sul relativo certificato che viene fornito in dotazione e va presentato alle Forze dell'ordine in caso di controllo.
