SPORTSTER S EXHAUST | "120TH" SLIP-ON KIT (2025)

The new Zard "120th" exhaust for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster S 1250, limited edition to celebrate the birth of the two-wheel legend, has been designed to give a new identity to the design of this modern power cruiser.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this 2 in 1 slip-on kit is characterized by the body of the oval and streamlined silencers with bronzed end caps, in addition to the refined matte black Cerakote® finish and the Zard logo is included in the bronzed commemorative plate.

The slip-on kit is lightweight (-4.1 kg / -9 lbs compared to the standard silencers) and contributes to increase engine performance (+3.4 HP compared to the OEM system), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.

To complete this exhaust system, Zard has designed and manufactured an exclusive two-part carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the entire plastic unit of the original model and integrates perfectly into the bike’s design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research, all enriched by the raised golden lines that further emphasize the prestige of this exclusive celebratory model, limited edition to 120 units.

Warning: after installing the Zard racing slip-on kit, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
