SPORTSTER S 1250 EXHAUST | "TOP GUN" SLIP-ON KIT (2025)

The new Zard "TOP GUN" exhaust for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster S 1250 has been designed to give a new identity to the design of this modern power cruiser.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this 2 in 1 slip-on kit is characterized by the body of the oval and streamlined silencers, with diagonally cut, carbon fiber end caps, in addition to the refined matte black Cerakote® finish and the Zard logo laser-etched.

The slip-on kit is lightweight (-4.1 kg / -9 lbs compared to the standard silencers) and contributes to increase engine performance (+3.4 HP compared to the OEM system), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.

To complete this slip-on exhaust system, Zard has designed and manufactured an exclusive two-part carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the entire plastic unit of the original model and integrates perfectly into the bike’s design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research.

Warning: after installing the Zard racing slip-ons, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
