The Racing 3:1 Full Kit for Yamaha MT-09 is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy by Officine Italiane Zard, a symbol of premium craftsmanship, performance and exclusive design. This complete exhaust system has been developed to enhance the aggressive character of the MT-09, improving aesthetics, sound and performance.

The system features decatalyzed AISI 304 stainless steel headers and a silencer with titanium sleeve and carbon fiber end cap. These premium materials ensure lightweight construction, high heat resistance and long-lasting reliability.

It stands out for its performance improvement of +3.1 HP while reducing overall weight by -2 kg / -4.4 lbs compared to the OEM system. The exhaust delivers a more aggressive sound, enhancing the unique tone of Yamaha’s CP3 three-cylinder engine.

Warning: after installing the Zard Racing Full kit, the motorcycle electronics in Euro 5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, causing the cat warning light to turn on (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
