XSR 900 EXHAUST | FULL KIT (24-26)

The Racing Full kit for the Yamaha XSR 900, designed by Officine Italiane Zard, is entirely handmade in Italy. This complete exhaust system consists of decatalyzed headers in AISI 304 stainless steel and black-finished stainless steel silencers.

It stands out for its remarkable power increase of +6 HP, ensuring a weight saving of -2.5 kg / -5.5 lbs compared to the original system, along with a distinctive racing sound that defines Zard exhausts.

The Zard exhaust kit is compatible with Euro 5 models with one lambda sensor and Euro 5+ models with two sensors and it can be installed with the bike's passenger footrests. Its design, reminiscing the 2-stroke style, is engineered to ensure maximum performance and a clean, aggressive racing style that celebrates Yamaha's glorious racing heritage.

Warning: following the installation of the Zard Racing full kit, the motorcycle’s electronics in Euro 5 Plus configuration may detect a catalytic converter anomaly, causing the CAT warning light (informative) to turn on. To prevent the activation of this warning light, ECU remapping is required.

Zard offers the dedicated UpMap ECU for this model exclusively in the Euro 5+ version, which enhances performance and disables the warning light.
