NIGHTSTER 975 EXHAUST | KIT 2:1:2 (2025)

The Zard 2:1:2 exhaust kit for the Harley-Davidson® Nightster 975 aims to improve the performance of the motorcycle, focusing on the design of the terminal that enhances the sleek lines of the motorcycle.

Crafted entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel by the most specialized technicians and accompanied by minimal carbon fiber heat shields and solid aluminum end caps, anodized black. A lightweight exhaust system (-4.2 kg / -9.3 lbs compared to the standard exhaust), distinctive design, and high performance (+9.3 HP compared to the OEM system).

Available with the option of a black finish through matte Cerakote® coating, a special ceramic coating resistant to time and high temperatures.

Note: not compatible with side panniers

Warning: after installing the Zard racing kit, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
