The Zard "Cross" Full Kit for the Kawasaki W800 exhaust enhances the bike's vintage character with artisanal quality and performance. Handcrafted in Italy, this exhaust combines retro styling with technical innovation for a unique look and deep, engaging sound.
This 2>1 system is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, including the sleeve and end cap. It’s available in racing version with removable dB-killer. Available in satin or black finishing.
Weighing just 2.6 kg, it reduces weight by −6.9 kg compared to the 9.5 kg stock exhaust, improving Kawasaki W800 agility and responsiveness.
Installation is plug-&-play, requiring no remapping or modifications.
