R nine T | RACING HEADERS (15-16)

The Zard Racing Headers for the BMW R nine T 1200 are designed to enhance the bike’s overall performance. They can be installed with the original exhaust or paired with Zard silencers, delivering improved throttle response and an aggressive sound.

Entirely handmade in Italy, these 2>2 headers are available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, with a satin, black finish or with snake welds for the titanium version. The stainless steel Zard headers are lighter than the stock ones, with a weight saving of ‑0.6 kg / ‑1.3 lbs.

When paired with Zard silencers, performance is further enhanced, offering a complete upgrade in both power delivery and riding experience.
